Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value B2B opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers at enterprise-level accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to design customized solutions for clients.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to design and implement long-term sales strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and pipeline management.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
