Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value B2B opportunities across target industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers at enterprise-level accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to design customized solutions for clients.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to design and implement long-term sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and pipeline management.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
