Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our Upwork profile, ensuring strong visibility and client engagement.
  • Write effective, personalized Upwork proposals that convert.
  • Handle client communication and relationship building from first contact to project closure.
  • Drive lead generation on LinkedIn — from identifying prospects to initiating conversations.
  • Utilize email outreach and data scraping tools to expand our pipeline.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
  • Manage and analyze the sales pipeline to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Track key performance metrics to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.
  • Support SaaS sales and help align client needs with our service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT/software).
  • Proven success across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork bidding, profile optimization, and client handling.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM systems, and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A creative thinker — able to think outside the box and come up with new growth ideas.
  • Self-motivated and proactive — someone who takes initiative and ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
