Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our Upwork profile, ensuring strong visibility and client engagement.
- Write effective, personalized Upwork proposals that convert.
- Handle client communication and relationship building from first contact to project closure.
- Drive lead generation on LinkedIn — from identifying prospects to initiating conversations.
- Utilize email outreach and data scraping tools to expand our pipeline.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Manage and analyze the sales pipeline to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Track key performance metrics to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.
- Support SaaS sales and help align client needs with our service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT/software).
- Proven success across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Strong understanding of Upwork bidding, profile optimization, and client handling.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM systems, and sales tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A creative thinker — able to think outside the box and come up with new growth ideas.
- Self-motivated and proactive — someone who takes initiative and ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
