Esco Logics is a leading IT solutions provider, delivering cutting-edge technology services and products to businesses worldwide. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our outbound sales efforts and help us expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠Make outbound calls to prospective clients from curated lists.

⁠ ⁠Present IT services and solutions in a compelling manner to generate interest.

⁠ ⁠Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate call records and lead statuses in the CRM system.

⁠ ⁠Follow structured scripts while adapting to customer needs and responses.

⁠ ⁠Achieve daily/weekly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (IT industry preferred).

⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.

⁠ ⁠Resilient and motivated to handle rejections.

⁠ ⁠Basic computer literacy and familiarity with website design & development.

⁠ ⁠Fluency in English.

⁠ ⁠Strong time management and organizational skills.
