We are specifically seeking candidates with proven experience in Business Development within the following domains:

We’re looking for a  Business Development Executive  who’s not just good at outreach, but understands how to build meaningful conversations with decision-makers in tech-driven industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, events, and partnerships).
  • Build and manage prospect lists using tools like  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, HeyReach, and Apollo, ETC.
  • Craft personalized outreach sequences and follow-ups that convert leads into opportunities.
  • Work closely with the leadership and technical team to shape proposals and demos.
  • Maintain a clear CRM pipeline, track activity, and report on key metrics.
  • Contribute ideas to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and refine positioning.
  • Take ownership of assigned verticals, accounts, and initiatives from start to close.


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in  technology or SaaS sales  in B2B environments.
  • Hands-on experience with  sales automation and prospecting tools  (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HeyReach, Clay, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of outbound strategies, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent  written and spoken communication skills  — able to write clean, compelling messages and speak confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • self-starter mindset  with transparent accountability — you can take a goal and run with it.


Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI, analytics, or data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and engagement-based lead generation.
