Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the catering and event industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential partners.
- Deal with customer inquiries promptly and provide excellent service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams to discuss requirements, proposals, and progress.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting.
- Knowledge of catering operations and event management is a plus.
