Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the catering and event industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential partners.
  • Deal with customer inquiries promptly and provide excellent service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams to discuss requirements, proposals, and progress.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting.
  • Knowledge of catering operations and event management is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
