The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting medical billing services to drive growth. The role requires a strong understanding of the US healthcare system, revenue cycle processes, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US healthcare and medical billing industry.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, billing companies, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and business contracts.
  • Track and report BD activities, pipeline, and performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or relevant discipline.
  • Experience in Business Development within Medical Billing / RCM is required.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare system, RCM flow, CPT/ICD/HCPCS codes (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated & target-driven.
  • Ability to work US shift hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience dealing with US clients.
  • Knowledge of credentialing, prior authorization, and denial management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
