Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for lead management, sales coordination, customer engagement, and demo scheduling. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between prospects and technical consultants, ensuring a smooth pre-sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Engage with prospects to understand business requirements
  • Explain Zoho & Microsoft solutions at a high level
  • Schedule demos and meetings with technical teams
  • Maintain and update leads in CRM
  • Assist with proposals, pricing, and sales coordination
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in IT services, SaaS, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and customer‑handling skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Basic understanding of cloud, CRM, ERP, or business applications

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling Zoho or Microsoft solutions
  • Exposure to international clients (US, UK)
