Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to company growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through online platforms, calls, and networking
  • Contact potential clients and present company services professionally
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up to close deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Keep records of leads, conversations, and sales activities
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 year of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, or freelancing platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
