Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth through online platforms and direct sales channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and B2B/B2C sales, with a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
  • Manage Upwork bidding, proposals, and client communication
  • Identify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for proposals and estimates
  • Maintain sales pipelines, reports, and CRM data
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales (IT services preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Upwork lead generation and bidding
  • Proven B2B and B2C sales experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
