Key Responsibilities
Upwork Profile Management & Optimization

Optimize and maintain Upwork profiles to improve visibility, invites, and response rates

Implement keyword, category, and positioning strategies aligned with Upwork best practices

Monitor and analyze profile performance metrics such as views, clicks, and Job Success Score (awareness level)
Lead Generation & Proposal Management

Identify and evaluate high-quality, relevant project opportunities on Upwork

Write customized, client-focused proposals tailored to client requirements and technical scope

Manage connects efficiently to maximize proposal ROI

Maintain consistency in proposal quality, messaging, and response rates
Reporting & Internal Collaboration

Track and report key performance metrics, including:
