• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM
• Experience: 1–2 Years (Sales / Business Development)

Role Overview

ScaleUp Connect is hiring on behalf of a client in the corporate branding and marketing industry. The Business Development Executive will identify and engage corporate clients, pitch branding & marketing solutions, support proposal development, and drive revenue growth through consistent outreach and follow-ups. This role requires polished communication, confident client handling, and a proactive sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Acquisition

• Identify and target corporate clients for branding, marketing, digital, events, and PR services
• Conduct outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn & networking channels
• Pitch services and handle initial queries
• Follow up and move leads through the sales pipeline

Sales Coordination

• Support proposals, quotations, and presentation decks
• Participate in meetings and requirements gathering
• Track leads, communication, and pipeline progress

Marketing Support

• Assist with campaign coordination and promotional tasks
• Provide market & competitor insights for sales strategy
• Collaborate internally for content, events, or execution alignment

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and client engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Good interpersonal & customer-handling ability
• Understanding of branding & marketing concepts (preferred)
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven
