We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with strong client base in the hotel and hospitality sector, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the hotel and hospitality sector.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients, including hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably working with clients in the hotel and hospitality industry
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
