Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive (SaaS) to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS sales, pipeline management, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for SaaS products
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in startup or high‑growth environments
  • Knowledge of subscription‑based sales models
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
