Business Development Executive

Job Title: Senior Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research new markets, industries, and potential clients.
  • Develop sales strategies and campaigns for global markets.
  • Represent the company in online meetings, demos, and client discussions.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and pipeline updates.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Write proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Manage and track KPIs: conversion rate, deal value, pipeline size.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for project handover.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales planning & business growth activities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development (IT preferred).
  • Excellent English communication & negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and proposal writing.
  • Experience in closing deals.
