Location: Johar Block 1 – Karachi
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 (Based on Experience) + 5% Commission on Revenue Generated

A fast-growing digital agency is hiring a Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition, generate high-value leads, and drive consistent revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and website prospecting
• Manage and optimize bidding on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer
• Build, maintain, and nurture a structured pipeline of potential clients
• Craft personalized proposals and engaging outreach messages
• Schedule discovery calls and confidently present service offerings
• Develop email campaigns, newsletters, and social media communication aligned with brand voice
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of experience in Business Development within a digital/IT services agency
• Strong English communication (written & verbal)
• Proven success on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and revenue-focused mindset
