Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, coordinating with various departments, and managing key relationships. You will also play a crucial role in optimizing partnerships with food aggregators and suppliers, along with assisting in menu development and food costing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, vendor management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with online food aggregators and delivery platforms.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them to sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of food costing and waste management practices is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential new markets, clients, and business opportunities
• Manage relationships with online food aggregators and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate on menu ideas and conduct food costing analysis.
• Implement waste management and inventory systems to control costs.

Must Have

• Experience in business development or a similar role.
• Strong communication (English & Arabic), negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with food aggregator platforms and vendor management.
• Analytical skills for food costing and market analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
