BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to generate leads
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as required
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Must be currently located in Bahrain
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries
  • Knowledge of the Bahrain business landscape
  • Experience handling large accounts or corporate clients
