We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our sales and business growth initiatives. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager and sales team to expand the company’s client base and achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships to move deals through the sales pipeline
- Support the sales team in negotiating and closing deals
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and sales activities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and cross-sell business
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies
- Participate in industry events, meetings, and networking activities when required
- Prepare regular updates on lead generation, pipeline progress, and sales activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Compensation & Working Hours
- Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
- Office hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Work mode: On-site (Lahore – Johar Town)
