Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our sales and business growth initiatives. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager and sales team to expand the company’s client base and achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
  • Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships to move deals through the sales pipeline
  • Support the sales team in negotiating and closing deals
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and sales activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and cross-sell business
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Participate in industry events, meetings, and networking activities when required
  • Prepare regular updates on lead generation, pipeline progress, and sales activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Compensation & Working Hours

  • Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
  • Office hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Work mode: On-site (Lahore – Johar Town)

Additional Information

  • This position is strictly on-site
  • Apply only if you can reliably commit to the location and working hours

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
