At LinkitSoft, the BDR acts as the first point of contact within the sales pipeline and is responsible for converting outbound prospects into well-qualified, high-value opportunities. The role primarily focuses on conducting discovery conversations, nurturing early-stage prospects, and arranging meetings with key decision-makers, rather than directly closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling activities and carry out targeted email outreach campaigns to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients for the company’s software solutions.
- Utilize structured cold calling methods and results-focused email marketing strategies to generate quality leads and build long-term relationships with potential customers.
- Analyze client needs and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and overall value proposition of the company’s software products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, demonstrating strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Power BI.
- Supervise and review deliverables produced by developers and designers to ensure alignment with project goals, consistency, and quality standards.
- Act as a key point of communication with international clients, including those based in the United States and Canada.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Operations & PMO, support resource planning, performance tracking, risk and issue management, and value realization initiatives.
- Serve as the primary business interface for project intake and prioritization, acting as the first point of contact for incoming project requests.
- Manage and administer project management tools, including Jira and Confluence, ensuring adherence to organizational processes and workflows.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management capabilities to support multiple priorities.
- Show commitment to continuous self-development, with a willingness to learn, grow, and receive coaching.
- Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards for the Portfolio Management Team.
