Business Development Executive

Hayat Pakistan Private Limited , a Turkey-based organization with renowned brands including Molfix, Bebem, Good Care Natural, Good Care Regular, Molped, Papia, Familia & Evony Masks, is expanding its team.

We are currently seeking a passionate and performance-driven professional to join our Sales team as a Business Development Executive . We are hiring for multiple positions across Pakistan , and candidates from all regions are encouraged to apply.

If you have prior experience as a Territory Sales Executive/Manager , you are an ideal fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, distribution, and visibility targets within the assigned territory
• Execute business development and sales plans to ensure consistent growth
• Support distributor management, including coordination, follow-ups, and performance tracking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and ensure effective execution of trade plans
• Ensure strong in-market execution, product availability, and visibility
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition and identify opportunities
• Maintain optimal stock levels at distributor and retail outlets
• Ensure timely recovery of receivables in line with company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) for smooth operations
• Gather market intelligence and provide actionable feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Experience in territory sales, distributor handling, and retail execution
• Basic understanding of sales fundamentals and distribution management
• Familiarity with General Trade and Wholesale channels
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Valid driving license
