Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving client acquisition, increasing trading volumes, and building long-term relationships with retail and institutional clients. The role focuses on expanding the firm’s market presence and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for equity, derivatives, commodities, and other financial products
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
  • Open and activate trading and Demat accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Promote brokerage products such as margin trading, IPOs, mutual funds, and advisory services
  • Provide basic market insights and guide clients on investment opportunities (as per compliance guidelines)
  • Coordinate with dealers and research teams to support client needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and client activity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in stock broking, financial services, or wealth management
  • Strong understanding of equity markets, derivatives, and trading platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Target-driven with a strong sales mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
