Business Development Executive

Eazisols is a fast-growing software company specializing in custom web application development, SaaS solutions, and digital marketing services. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive / Upwork Bidder / Fiverr Specialist with proven expertise in generating business through freelancing platforms, online bidding, and client acquisition.

If you have a strong track record in Upwork bidding, Fiverr project acquisition, lead generation, and sales closing, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Upwork profiles, Fiverr gigs, and freelancing accounts for maximum visibility
  • Search and apply for relevant jobs on Upwork with high-converting proposals
  • Develop effective bidding strategies, proposal writing techniques, and sales funnels
  • Improve profile ranking using SEO keywords, gig optimization, and client targeting

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Generate leads through:
  • Upwork
  • Fiverr
  • Online bidding platforms
  • Convert leads into clients through:
  • Strong communication
  • Proposal writing
  • Sales negotiation
  • Identify opportunities in:
  • Web development projects
  • Mobile app development
  • UI/UX design services
  • Digital marketing services

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with international clients
  • Manage communication from initial contact to project delivery
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

Performance Tracking & Strategy

  • Track:
  • Proposal success rate
  • Conversion rate
  • Revenue growth
  • Analyze:
  • Market trends
  • Competitor strategies
  • Platform algorithms (Upwork/Fiverr)
  • Optimize business development strategy and sales performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as:
  • Business Development Executive
  • Upwork Bidder / Fiverr Specialist
  • Online Bidder / Sales Executive
  • Proven experience in:
  • Lead generation
  • Client acquisition
  • Freelance bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr)
  • Strong skills in:
  • Proposal writing
  • Sales closing
  • Client communication
  • Ability to handle:
  • Multiple projects
  • Multiple clients
  • High-volume bidding

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling:
