About the role

Fortune Property Leasing Ltd is a growing UK-based property management company. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to help expand our portfolio, build lasting client relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities across the UK property leasing market. This is a remote role supporting our UK operations from Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in UK residential and commercial property leasing
• Conduct outreach to prospective landlords, tenants, and property investors via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to deal closure
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with the onsite team to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility in the UK property sector
• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system
• Provide weekly performance reports and market feedback to management

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English — you will be communicating directly with UK team
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (property sector preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
• Must be based in or able to commute to Rawalpindi daily
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
• Availability to work Mon–Fri, 1 PM – 9 PM Pakistan Standard Time (aligned with UK business hours)

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with UK-based clients or companies
• Understanding of UK rental regulations, letting processes, or estate agency practices
