Business Development Executive

As we expand, we are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and strengthen market presence.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our global reach and increasing sales through strategic outreach and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Growth

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, email outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Client Acquisition

  • Reach out to potential clients and introduce Nestors Global services.
  • Convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable writing and content solutions.
  • Prepare and present service offerings, pricing, and value propositions effectively.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Market Research

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Identify new opportunities for business expansion.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to management.

Upselling & Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Maximize revenue from existing clients through strategic engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in writing, digital services, or outsourcing industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
  • Fluency in English (British accent preferred but not mandatory).
