Business Development Executive

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Lahore office to support sales activities for the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in IT or B2B sales and be confident in cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication. This role is suitable for someone who is target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable dealing with business clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and outreach
• Identify potential clients and build business opportunities
• Communicate with prospects and schedule qualified meetings
• Present IT and digital services in a professional manner
• Maintain client records, pipeline updates, and follow-up status
• Work towards monthly sales targets and conversion goals
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of IT services such as software, websites, CRM, and digital solutions
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
• Good computer skills including MS Office, email, and CRM tools
