Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients from various sectors including corporates, brands, event organizers, and exhibition participants.
  • Visit industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to network and build a pipeline of leads.
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person visits to generate new business.

Agency Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with marketing, PR, and event agencies.
  • Build a strong network of agency contacts to secure ongoing project collaborations.

Site & Event Visits

  • Conduct regular site visits to exhibition centers, venues, and client offices.
  • Attend ongoing events to observe trends, scout for prospects, and identify decision-makers.
  • Gather client requirements on-site and coordinate with the Account managers.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of leads, client meetings, and follow-ups using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activity, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the exhibitions, events, or stand building companies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation
  • Willingness to conduct fieldwork, including frequent site and event visits
  • Knowledge of the regional exhibitions and events market is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car is a must
