Business Development Executive (BDE)

India

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Convert leads into successful sales while meeting monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle lead generation and closing independently.
  • Prior sales experience in digital/creative industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
