Business Development Executive (BDE)

India

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, emails, and online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Present company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote the company.

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Sales and target-driven mindset.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Market research and business analysis skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Graduate (any discipline).
  • Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
  • 0–3 years of experience (freshers can also apply in many companies).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,233.95 - ₹40,090.66 per month
