Business Development Executive (BDE)

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Riyadh. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about identifying opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Relocation to Riyadh is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Design and implement effective lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide business strategy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of the Middle East market is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi proficiency is advantageous.
  • Willing and able to relocate to Riyadh.
