Business Development Executive (BDE)

India

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing IT team in Rajkot. This role is about building strong relationships, explaining our software/ERP solutions, and onboarding customers as long-term partners. Unlike high-pressure sales, this is a relationship-driven role where your success grows with the number of active devices you bring on board through our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with relevant customers/companies for our ERP solutions.
  • Present and explain ERP features and benefits clearly.
  • Onboard new customers and build lasting business relationships.
  • Gather and share dealer feedback to improve our products and services.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English; regional languages a plus).
  • Self-motivated with a talent for relationship building.
  • Basic understanding of the IT/Software industry is an advantage.
