Business Development Executive (BDE)

A & A Corporation is a leading supplier, distributor, and project partner for Kohler sanitaryware, bath fittings, and luxury bathroom solutions. We cater to premium residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Telangana.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, visit clients, and build strong project pipelines in the bath fitting, sanitaryware, and plumbing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, visit, and acquire new customers, architects, builders, and contractors for Kohler products.
• Generate and manage leads for retail and project sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, pricing, and order processing.
• Promote Kohler bath fittings, sanitaryware, and complete bathroom solutions to potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the brand professionally in exhibitions, events, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 1–5 years in Sanitaryware / Bath Fittings / Building Material / Tiles / Hardware / Interior Products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong market knowledge and relationship-building ability.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client and site visits.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Added Advantage: Experience with premium brands like Kohler, Jaquar, Hindware, Grohe, etc.

Education

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Technical or design background (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
