Business Development Executive (BDE)

Shiliguri, India

We are seeking an experienced and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Siliguri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting MK Sales’ range of infrastructure products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the infrastructure and construction sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry connections.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable MK Sales solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for preparing quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain sales reports and contribute to strategic planning discussions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in infrastructure, construction materials, or industrial products).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
