Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Working Days- Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with prospective students/parents through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Counsel and guide teachers/students about courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively pitching our educational programs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education industry.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or higher education sales is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
