Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Working Days- Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with prospective students/parents through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Counsel and guide teachers/students about courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively pitching our educational programs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or higher education sales is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
