JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and health supplement markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals, and corporate clients.
- Promote the company’s nutraceutical products, formulations, and private-label solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and timely order execution.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company.
- Maintain detailed client data and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Ensure proper documentation for client onboarding, agreements, and pricing approvals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business Administration.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Nutraceutical, Pharma, or Healthcare industry).
- Good understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, formulations, and health product markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
