Business Development Executive (BDE)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and health supplement markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals, and corporate clients.
  • Promote the company’s nutraceutical products, formulations, and private-label solutions to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and timely order execution.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company.
  • Maintain detailed client data and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Ensure proper documentation for client onboarding, agreements, and pricing approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business Administration.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Nutraceutical, Pharma, or Healthcare industry).
  • Good understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, formulations, and health product markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
