Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to assist in growing our client base and strengthening our market presence. As a fresher, you will work under the guidance of senior team members to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

- Generate leads through various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

- Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, and contracts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Participate in client meetings and presentations to build relationships and close deals.

- Maintain a comprehensive database of client information and track interactions.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics.

- Support senior business development team members with other relevant tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.

- High level of motivation and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Plus):

- Prior internship or exposure to business development or sales roles.

- Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes.

- Knowledge of market research and data analysis.

- Experience in handling client interactions and presentations.
