Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Hybrid
Industry: 3rd Party Cosmetics Industry
Experience Required: 0–2 years in Cosmetics – 3rd Party Manufacturing or Pharma Manufacturing Industry
Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing), M. Pharma, MTech Cos, BBA, B. Pharma, or BTech Cos
Salary Range: ₹2.8 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, generate leads, and manage inbound inquiries to grow the business.
  • New Business Development: Reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and help convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of client projects from start to finish.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture and strengthen long-term relationships with clients by offering support, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 0–2 years in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the Cosmetics – 3rd Party Or Pharma Manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Basic understanding of sales strategies, client relationship management, and market research.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
