About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves lead generation, nurturing prospects, and assisting in expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through various online platforms and databases.
  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate contact information.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.

Desired Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in business development or lead generation (freshers welcome).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
