Business Development Executive (BDE)

We’re looking for a passionate and outgoing Business Development Executive to join our team! If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping organizations grow this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit colleges, universities, training institutes, and learning centers to introduce our services.
• Build friendly and professional relationships with college administrators, placement officers, and decision-makers.
• Represent our brand at events, seminars, career fairs, and workshops.
• Conduct simple and effective presentations to help institutions understand how we can support them.
• Negotiate and finalize partnerships to help expand our reach.
• Work closely with our marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure new partners have a great experience.
• Keep track of your visits, meetings, and progress and share regular updates with the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Any degree or diploma (we care more about your people skills!).
• Experience: At least 1 year in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Confident in giving presentations and speaking to new people.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
