Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities
• Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
• QualificationsProven experience in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with CRM tools or data-driven sales platforms is a plus
