Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Gurugram Haryana

Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth and expansion within the real estate market by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role focuses on client acquisition, market analysis, and strategic planning to enhance the company's footprint in the property industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
