Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in construction or real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the real estate/construction sector.
  • Meet clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable project or property options.
  • Promote and present Royallinks’ ongoing and upcoming projects to customers.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and networking.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate or construction sales (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools preferred.
