Hiring for Business Development Executive
Experience :- 1 to 4Year
Salary :- 45K to 60K

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate (Marketing/Business Administration preferred).

1–3 years of experience in field marketing or B2B sales (industrial products preferred).

Compensation:

₹2 LPA – ₹5 LPA + Travel Allowance + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to traders, dealers, and industrial clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Identify and onboard new clients and business opportunities.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales performance gaps.

Provide feedback and daily visit reports to management.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, payments, and dispatches.

Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and dealer meets.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Field-oriented, self-driven, and target-focused.

Analytical ability to identify and close performance gaps.

Preferably experienced in industrial/trading products.

Must own a two-wheeler for field travel.
