Business Development Executive (BDE)

India

Role: Business development executive (Inside Sales).

Job Description: New Client Acquisition

Business Renewal: Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients.

Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals and cold calling.

Closure and Collection: Manage Prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials, taking them to a logical closure with required documentation.

Process Adherence: Execution of the role in line with the organisation’s guidelines and processes.

Build organization assets – Identify patterns and implement solutions that can be leveraged across customer base.

Improve productivity through tooling and process enhancements.

Required skills:

1) Graduate with Good

communication skills.

2) Comfortable with cold calling with 1-2 years’ experience of B2B sales.

3) Must have Client & escalation Handling Skills.

4) Confident, Pleasing and a go-getter personality.

5) Attitude & Aptitude for Sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,811.05 - ₹30,252.80 per month
