Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position: Business Development Associate – Dammam (Female Preferred)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Dammam. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker passionate about uncovering new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. Preference will be given to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and service pitches.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and report on key performance metrics.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups through calls, emails, or meetings to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within financial services or a similar industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
