Job description

This role suits someone with strong communication skills and a passion for B2B sales. You’ll focus on outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building, while working closely with our internal teams to close deals and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls and send cold emails to generate new leads
  • Scrape and research prospect data for targeted outreach
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture and convert leads
  • Identify and develop new markets or industry verticals
  • Draft and adjust proposals, quotations, and contracts as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Update and manage CRM systems accurately and consistently
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and nurture leads through a sales pipeline
  • Persistent, agile in follow-ups, and target-driven
  • Experience in drafting client proposals and adjusting contracts
  • Well-organized, with attention to detail and professionalism
  • Comfortable using and updating a CRM system regularly
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or tax services is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
