Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across various digital channels. You’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand presence and engagement.
• Manage website SEO and content optimization to drive organic traffic.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital dashboards.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives and copy for campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare reports and insights to track performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
