We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student admissions, strengthen parent outreach, and support the school’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with parents, institutions, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual student admission targets.
  • Conduct enquiry handling, follow-ups, campus tours, and counselling for parents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, pre-schools, and local communities.
  • Identify new business opportunities, promotional tie-ups, and outreach activities.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, parent meetings, and school promotional events.
  • Maintain and update enquiry databases, admission conversion reports, and daily MIS.
  • Collaborate with the academic and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and admission patterns.
  • Represent the school professionally during events, expos, and community engagements.
  • Address parent concerns effectively and improve enquiry-to-admission conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education/EdTech sector.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of local market and community dynamics.
  • Pleasant personality, confident speaker, and strong follow-up skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
