Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and requirements.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Pitch Brillsense's services (Digital Marketing, IT Solutions, Event Management, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Market Research:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management on market demands and service improvements.
- Proposal & Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Ensure proper documentation of client agreements and project details.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, IT) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide regular updates to the management on sales progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT or digital marketing services).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
