Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and requirements.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Pitch Brillsense's services (Digital Marketing, IT Solutions, Event Management, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Market Research:
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the management on market demands and service improvements.
  • Proposal & Documentation:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of client agreements and project details.
  • Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, IT) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Provide regular updates to the management on sales progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT or digital marketing services).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Personal Traits:
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹10,732.91 - ₹21,254.80 per month
