Full job description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong communication and marketing skills to join our team at Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building lasting client relationships to drive business growth. This role requires excellent knowledge of lead generation, prospect research, and digital outreach to expand the company’s market reach.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and digital platforms. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.

Client Communication: Research potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and initiate contact to build a strong sales pipeline. Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to customers. Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.

Sales & Follow-Up: Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel to ensure successful conversion. Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and relationship building.

Database Management: Maintain proper records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing (media or creative industry preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of marketing and lead generation strategies.

Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be an advantage).

Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools and online research.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
