We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business development Executive to join DNY Realtors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate sales, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new leads through calls, site visits, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable real estate projects (plots/commercial/residential).
  • Conduct site visits with potential buyers and explain project details.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (plots, residential, or commercial).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
  • Graduation preferred.
  • Knowledge of Gurugram real estate market is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
